Some products in our shop are sold in US Dollars (USD - $), but these fees are converted to IQD at checkout with an exchange rate of 1250 IQD per 1 USD.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, followed by 2-4 business days for delivery depending on your shipping address and governorate. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

When shopping for a product that comes in multiple variations (colors, sizes, etc.), you will see a "see options" button. Clicking that button will take you to the product details page, which lists the brand and price of a product and swatches for the different options of this product.
Simply select the swatch combination you desire (e.g. select "small" from the size swatches and "black" from the color swatches), and you will be able to add that product to the card by clicking "add to cart".

In the main store page and other product category pages, a search bar can be seen on the left side of the page (below the products on mobile devices and tablets).
This allows you to search for products easily by typing a search keyword. Alternatively, you can search for products within a certain price range, or choose to search for products that are currently on sale.
Additionally, you can filter the products by their rating, brand or category.
On the product pages of engrave-able stethoscope, you will see an "engrave chestpiece" option.
It is normally set to "none", but you can choose to "engrave text", "engrave logo", or "engrave text and logo".
After choosing one of the options, new text boxes will appear where you can write what you want to be engraved.
Additional engraving charges apply when you use this option, as indicated on the respective product pages.
All our clothing & apparel products come with an official perfect-fitting size chart so you can choose the best fit size for your body.
On a clothing product page, click on "find my size" located just below the product size chart.
A popup will then appear with a figure showing you how to measure your body using a tape measure, as well as a table of the corresponding sizes.
